Shipping policy

Each order is shipped as soon as possible, by me! On an ordinary week, when I receive an order, it will be dyed that day or the next. Next, it will be washed and dried in roughly the following 24 hours. Finally, it gets wound, wrapped, and shipped to you, baby!

I do my best to provide an email that notifies you of your orders shipment, the day I pop it in the mail! Still, bare with me, as supply chain issues are common right now, and my work relies on the availability of MY bare wool wholesaler. Just trust that your satisfaction is absolutely my priority and I am doing my best to turn around your orders in the quickest manner possible.
