Refund policy

Baby Cat Yarns are custom-dyed, for you, baby! Still, I am a one woman show here and mistakes happen from time to time. 

Each colorway could read a hair different in shade and value when you receive it in the mail, versus the image you see online. All our computers render color a touch different, and I hope my sweet customers know I work my absolute hardest to keep my product as close and consistent as possible for your own personal satisfaction. (I mean, I dye all the way to 1/64 of a teaspoon!)

If you are unsatisfied with your product, I will replace it no questions asked and at no extra expense to you, just be ready to pay for shipping to return your wrong skeins to me! (They will be inducted into my stash and used by me in my personal works)

My deep desire is to keep you inspired and stoked about the product I'm providing. If anything falls short, please to not hesitate to DM me via Instagram @baby.cat.yarns or via email at babycatyarns@gmail.com and I will personally sort out the issue for you.

I will allow returns for colorways that have resists (white spots), split-dye (unexpected speckles in the tonal) or inaccurate skeins compared to online rendering. I however cannot provide returns when yarn doesn't meet your color preference, but is dyed according to shop standards. 

As always, with any Indie Dyed Yarn, it is recommended that you alternate skeins row-by-row, and order a bit generously for your pattern. Each order is custom-dyed, and the best way to ensure consistency for you, is to order all skeins together at once, so they land within the same dye-lot and my professional eye can catch any inconsistency!
